It’s important to Naomi that you are totally happy with your new artwork but for any reason your aren’t, she gladly accepts returns and exchanges. Contact her at info@coastalartaustralia.com or 0405 137 235 within 3 days of receiving the item. A refund minus the actual postage cost is given once the item is returned in perfect condition. The shipping cost to return the item will be your responsibility and the item must be in its original condition with original packaging. Please consider insuring/tracking your package as Naomi will not be held responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Conditions of return: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

• Do not hang in a bathroom or other area of high humidity
• Dust lightly with a dry soft brush when needed

• This painting should be displayed away from direct sunlight or

     fluorescent lighting as they may cause colours to fade.

FREE DELIVERY world wide. Shipping by Australia Post, via standard delivery or via courier. Both options included tracking and insurance.

Australian buyers: Paintings are wrapped carefully in bubblewrap then in a cardboard box. Shipping within Australia can take up to 1-7 working days. Make sure you open the package immediately and check for damages.

International buyers: Original artworks will be removed from their frames and shipped rolled in an art tube. Your new artwork will need to be re-stretched by an art/picture framer when it arrives. If you are unsure, before purchasing please get a quote from a local framer on the cost of re-stretching the canvas painting.

International shipping can take 6-10 days. (Please note that original artwork sent overseas can take extra time clearing customs and may incur a customs fee).

Make sure you open the package immediately and check for damages.

You must be home to sign for the parcel. Consider an alternate address if needed. Any items that are not signed for will be held at the depot for 2 weeks then returned to sender. Coastal Art Australia will then arrange to resend the parcel to you at your cost.
