It’s important to Naomi that you are totally happy with your new artwork but for any reason your aren’t, she gladly accepts returns and exchanges. Contact her at info@coastalartaustralia.com or 0405 137 235 within 3 days of receiving the item. A refund minus the actual postage cost is given once the item is returned in perfect condition. The shipping cost to return the item will be your responsibility and the item must be in its original condition with original packaging. Please consider insuring/tracking your package as Naomi will not be held responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Conditions of return: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

fluorescent lighting as they may cause colours to fade.

Dust lightly with a dry microfibre cloth when needed

The frames are made in Australia from eco sustainable solid timber.

They feature a smooth matt white finish and are complimented by a matboard in ice white colour (acid-free and lignin-free, photo safe) to safeguard the precious artwork. They will suit any coastal space.

Small frames have a double matt, glass faces, are free standing and also include a hangclip for wall mounting.The frame moulding is 2cm wide x 2cm deep.

Medium frames have a double matt, glass faces, and wire attached across the back for wall mounting. The frame moulding is 2cm wide x 2cm deep.

Large frames have wire attached across the back for wall mounting. They have a single matt, clear acrylic faces instead of glass for safer shipping. The frame moulding is 2cm wide x 2cm deep.

XLarge frames have wire attached across the back for wall mounting. They have have a single matt, clear acrylic faces instead of glass for safer shipping. The frame moulding is 2cm wide x 4cm deep.

Shipping by Australia Post, or courier via standard delivery with tracking and insurance. Prints are made to order and some frames are custom made, so fulfilment and shipping can take up to 5-18 working days.

Unframed prints are rolled and placed in a protective cardboard tube.

Framed prints are wrapped carefully in bubble wrap and then cardboard.

Stretched canvas prints are wrapped carefully in bubble wrap and then cardboard.

You must check the delivery immediately for damages

You must be home to sign for the parcel. Consider an alternate address if needed. Any items that are not signed for will be held at the depot for 2 weeks then returned to sender. Coastal Art Australia will then arrange to resend the parcel to you at your cost.

International shipping (Please note that original artwork sent overseas can take extra time clearing customs and may incur a customs fee).
