Contact her at info@coastalartaustralia.com or 0405 137 235 within 3 days of receiving the item. A refund minus the actual postage cost is given once the item is returned in perfect condition. The shipping cost to return the item will be your responsibility and the item must be in its original condition with original packaging. Please consider insuring/tracking your package as Naomi will not be held responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Conditions of return: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

fluorescent lighting as they may cause colours to fade.

Paintings are wrapped carefully in bubblewrap then in a cardboard box.

Shipping within Australia can take up to 1-7 working days

International shipping can take 6-10 days. (Please note that original artwork sent overseas can take extra time clearing customs and may incur a customs fee).

Make sure you open the package immediately and check for damages.

You must be home to sign for the parcel. Consider an alternate address if needed. Any items that are not signed for will be held at the depot for 2 weeks then returned to sender. Coastal Art Australia will then arrange to resend the parcel to you at your cost.
