• Standard Regions: Free Australian shipping includes standard ground/courier door-to-door delivery to all major metropolitan and regional areas.

• Remote & Outback Deliveries: In rare cases where an address falls outside standard courier networks or generates unexpected freight surcharges (such as extreme remote or island locations), I reserve the right to contact you with a revised quote for approval prior to shipping.

Shipping Details:

Delivery Method: Orders are shipped via Australia Post or courier services, with standard delivery, including tracking and insurance.

Tracking Note: A signature is required upon delivery to ensure your masterpiece is never left unattended.

Fulfillment Time:

• Originals: Ships within 2-5 business days (as they are already in the gallery).

• Bespoke Prints/Frames: Proudly made to order; please allow 7-21 days for craftsmanship and drying time.

 

Upon Delivery:

• Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt for any damage in transit. If you notice any issues, contact us immediately.

 

International Shipping:

We ship internationally—please contact us for a shipping quote based on your location.

• Customs Clearance: For international orders, additional time may be required for customs clearance.

• Customs Fees: Some countries may impose customs fees or taxes on incoming packages. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns & The 7-Day Art Trial

Choosing art for a home is a personal decision. Coastal Art Australia offers a 7-Day In-Home Art Trial on ready-to-hang original oil paintings and boutique fine art prints so each piece can be experienced in its intended space with complete confidence.

7-Day In-Home Art Trial

Live with the artwork for up to seven days. If the scale, palette, or presence does not suit the room, the piece may be returned for a studio store credit or exchange.

• Eligibility: Applies to existing original oil paintings and fine art prints.

• Custom Commissions Exclusion: Bespoke commissioned works are tailored specifically to individual project briefs; therefore, custom commissions are final sale and excluded from the 7-day trial.

• Trial Window: Contact the studio within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return.

• Condition: Artwork must be returned unused, undamaged, and packaged in its original archival protective materials.

• Return Shipping: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs (non-refundable). Tracked and insured courier services are required, as items damaged or lost during return transit cannot be refunded.

• Refund / Credit Process: Upon studio inspection, the purchase price (minus original outgoing freight costs) will be issued as a studio credit or refunded to the original payment method.

At Coastal Art Australia, we take great care to ensure your items arrive safely and on time. However, we understand that occasionally, issues can arise. Rest assured, all parcels are sent with tracking and insurance for your peace of mind.

Missing or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel hasn’t arrived by the expected delivery date or you’re concerned it may be missing, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll work promptly to track your order and resolve the issue.

Damaged Items
In the rare event of transit damage, please notify us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the piece so we can initiate an insurance claim and arrange your replacement, repair  or refund.

If your order is being shipped outside of Australia, please be aware that Coastal Art Australia assumes you are familiar with any import duties, taxes, or fees that may apply in the destination country.
