Purchasing an artwork means you own the physical 'story' on your wall. However, the Artist retains all rights to the image. No reproduction or commercial use of the artwork's colour or composition is permitted.

Shipping Details:

Delivery Method: Orders are shipped via Australia Post or courier services, with standard delivery, including tracking and insurance.

Tracking Note: A signature is required upon delivery to ensure your masterpiece is never left unattended.

Fulfillment Time:

• Originals: Ships within 2-5 business days (as they are already in the gallery).

• Bespoke Prints/Frames: Proudly made to order; please allow 10-21 days for craftsmanship and drying time.

 

Upon Delivery:

• Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt for any damage in transit. If you notice any issues, contact us immediately.

 

International Shipping:

We ship internationally—please contact us for a shipping quote based on your location.

• Customs Clearance: For international orders, additional time may be required for customs clearance.

• Customs Fees: Some countries may impose customs fees or taxes on incoming packages. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns & Exchanges

At Coastal Art Australia, we take great care in ensuring your artwork arrives safely and in perfect condition. We accept returns or exchanges only for faulty or damaged products under the following conditions:

How to Request a Return or Exchange

• Contact Us Immediately: If your item arrives damaged, please email info@coastalartaustralia.com with photos of the damage and original packaging within 48 hours of receiving the item.

• Assessment & Refund Process: Once the damage is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, exchange, repair or refund. Refunds are issued only for faulty or damaged items.

Conditions of Return

• Because each print is custom-made to your chosen dimensions and each painting is a one-of-a-kind original, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. To ensure the colour and scale are a perfect match for your sanctuary, we invite you to contact us for additional high-resolution photos or a video walk-around of any original piece before you purchase. We are here to help you feel confident that your chosen artwork is the right 'story' for your walls.

At Coastal Art Australia, we take great care to ensure your items arrive safely and on time. However, we understand that occasionally, issues can arise. Rest assured, all parcels are sent with tracking and insurance for your peace of mind.

Missing or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel hasn’t arrived by the expected delivery date or you’re concerned it may be missing, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll work promptly to track your order and resolve the issue.
Damaged Items
In the rare event of transit damage, please notify us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the piece so we can initiate an insurance claim and arrange your replacementrepair  or refund. You can contact Coastal Art Australia via:

If your order is being shipped outside of Australia, please be aware that Coastal Art Australia assumes you are familiar with any import duties, taxes, or fees that may apply in the destination country.

• Coastal Art Australia will not be liable for the replacement of any goods that are seized or held by customs in your country.
