It’s important to Naomi that you are totally happy with your new artwork but for any reason your aren’t, she gladly accepts returns and exchanges. Contact her at info@coastalartaustralia.com or 0405 137 235 within 3 days of receiving the item. A refund minus the actual postage cost is given once the item is returned in perfect condition. The shipping cost to return the item will be your responsibility and the item must be in its original condition with original packaging. Please consider insuring/tracking your package as Naomi will not be held responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Conditions of return: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

• Artwork must be framed behind glass
• Do not hang in a bathroom or other area of high humidity.
• This artwork should be displayed away from direct sunlight or fluorescent lighting as they may cause colours to fade.
• Dust frame lightly with a dry microfibre cloth when needed
• DO NOT use glass cleaner to clean the glass on the frame.

FREE DELIVERY world wide on orders over $200. Orders under $200 incur a $25 International delivery fee

Shipping by Australia Post, or courier via standard delivery with tracking and insurance. 

• Unframed artworks are mailed flat.
• Framed artworks are wrapped carefully in bubble wrap and then cardboard.

You must check the delivery immediately for damages

You must be home to sign for the parcel. Consider an alternate address if needed. Any items that are not signed for will be held at the depot for 2 weeks then returned to sender. Coastal Art Australia will then arrange to resend the parcel to you at your cost.
