AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING

 

Coastal Art Australia offers FREE DELIVERY Australia wide.

Prints are rolled in a protective cardboard tube or a cardboard box depending on size.

Prints are made to order and some frames are custom made, so fulfillment can take 1-15 working days.

All paintings are stretched on timber frames with hanging wire...ready to hang as soon as you receive it.

Paintings, Framed Prints and Sculptures are wrapped carefully in bubble wrap then in a cardboard box. 

All items are shipped with insurance and tracking via courier or Australia post. 

Estimated delivery time is 3 - 7 working days in Australia.

Please open your package immediately and check for any breakages or damages during transit.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

 

Coastal Art Australia offers FREE DELIVERY world wide on orders over $100.

Orders under $100 incur a $25 International shipping fee

Shipping by Australia Post, via standard delivery with tracking and insurance.

 

Large original paintings will be removed from their frames and shipped rolled in an art tube. Your new artwork will need to be re-stretched by an art/picture framer when it arrives. If you are unsure, before purchasing please get a quote from a local framer on the cost of re-stretching the canvas painting.

Smaller paintings are stretched on timber frames with hanging wire...ready to hang as soon as you receive it.

(Please note that artwork sent overseas can take extra time clearing customs and may incur a customs fee).

RETURN POLICY

It’s important to Naomi that you are totally happy with your new artwork but for any reason your aren’t, she gladly accepts returns and exchanges. Contact her at info@coastalartaustralia.com or 0405 137 235 within 3 days of receiving the item. A refund minus the actual postage cost is given once the item is returned in perfect condition. The shipping cost to return the item will be your responsibility and the item must be in its original condition with original packaging. Please consider insuring/tracking your package as Coastal Art Australia will not be held responsible for lost or damaged packages.  Returns should be sent to:

Due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective custom or personalized orders

(eg custom paintings) can't be returned or exchanged. Depending on the subject matter Coastal Art Australia may decide to offer a refund on custom paintings.

 

Conditions of return: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

MISSING, DAMAGED or DELAYED ITEMS

Sometimes issues do occur, rest assured all items are sent with tracking and insurance.

If your parcel hasn’t been delivered by the expected time or you’re worried it’s gone missing, let Coastal Art Australia know ASAP and they will track it for you.

You will need to take photos of the damaged item and keep the item with the original packaging aside.

Damages must be reported within 24hr of receiving the parcel. 

 
IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES

If your order is to be shipped outside Australia, Coastal Art Australia assume that you’re aware of any import duties or taxes that may apply in the country your order is being shipped to. Coastal Art Australia will not be responsible for the payment of any such costs, nor will they be responsible for replacing goods that may be seized by customs in your country.

 
PAYMENT METHODS

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AU) and DO NOT include GST ( Coastal Art Australia is GST free)

They accept payment via PayPal which also accepts Visa and Mastercard. If you would like to pay via direct deposit, please email them at  info@coastalartaustralia.com to put your artwork on hold and they will send you an invoice so you can arrange the payment

PRIVACY POLICY

Coastal Art Australia do not see any of your credit card information during your purchase transaction.

The checkout utilises a secure PayPal transaction.

Your personal information is absolutely secure and confidential.

Coastal Art Australia will never share your details with any other 3rd party.

Your details are used only used for taxation purposes, to communicate with you about your purchases and to share with you any information and updates that you have registered for.
